REFUND POLICY
At Black Esquire Collective, we take great pride in the craftsmanship, detail, and quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
All eligible items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags still attached and packaging intact. Any items that appear used or altered may not be accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@blackesquirecollective.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for mailing the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item sent by us.
Please allow up to 5 business days after we receive your returned item for inspection and processing. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your store credit or exchanged item will be issued promptly.
At this time, we do not offer cash refunds. Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase at Black Esquire Collective.
All sale items, discounted items, and limited-edition capsule pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, gift cards are non-refundable.
We stand behind every piece we release. If you believe your item is defective or there was a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
