SHIPPING POLICY

At Black Esquire Collective, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely, secure, and reliable manner. All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact our team directly at info@blackesquirecollective.com to inquire about international options.

Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total value of your order. You may also see flat rate or promotional shipping offers applied depending on current campaigns. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of purchase. Black Esquire Collective is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address submissions. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@blackesquirecollective.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made after fulfillment begins.

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions. However, if your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond reasonable expectations, please reach out so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery, unclaimed package, or failed delivery attempt, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are repeatedly returned or flagged by our shipping carriers.
